Due to the perishable nature of our products, all food items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
If your parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
